CCPO CHAIRS IMPORTANT MEETING AT CAPITAL CITY POLICE HEADQUARTERS
CRIME CONTROL TO IMPROVE THROUGH MUTUAL COLLABORATION: CCPO

Lahore: Capital City Police Officer Bilal Siddique Kamyana presided over an important meeting at his office to review the overall law & order situation and other professional matters. The session included a detailed briefing on the organizational structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Crime Control Department (CCD). Discussions were held on strengthening institutional coordination and collaboration between the District Police and the CCD.
During the meeting, DIG (Admin) Imran Kishwar was appointed as the focal person to oversee coordination between the District Police and the CCD.
Meanwhile, CCPO Lahore issued directives to CCD officials to provide regular briefings on the progress of cases. He emphasized the importance of ongoing communication and effective information sharing between the CCD and District Police to enhance crime control mechanisms. Bilal Siddique Kamyana stated that mutual cooperation and synergy will significantly contribute to controlling crime and ensuring public safety.
The CCPO further added that the Divisional SPs and CCD officers should work together with mutual understanding and collaboration, stressing that the police system is united by a common objective. He said that we must work collectively toward building a crime-free society. He added that our joint efforts will help in crime prevention and the establishment of peace.
He underlined the need for effective actions to curb crime through coordinated efforts with the CCD. He also directed that, as per the Chief Minister Punjab’s instructions, police officers must provide maximum relief to the public, adding that public service is the true reflection of police performance.
