The same squad will also travel to India for the upcoming ODI series against India
England unveiled their squad for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and India tour, according to the England Cricket Board (ECB) in a media release on Sunday.
Wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler has been announced as the captain to lead the side.
The same 15-member squad will also travel to India for the three ODIs in February 2025, just weeks ahead of the eight-team tournament — to be held in hybrid model.
Ben Stokes could not make the cut for the squad since the all-rounder is under assessment following a left hamstring injury that showed up during the recent third Test versus New Zealand.
"Durham all-rounder Ben Stokes was not considered for selection as he continues to be assessed following a left hamstring injury sustained during the third Test match against New Zealand earlier this month," the ECB release read.

Jos Buttler (C), Jofra Archer, Gus Atkinson, Jacob Bethell, Harry Brook, Brydon Carse, Ben Duckett, Jamie Overton, Jamie Smith, Liam Livingstone, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Saqib Mahmood, Phil Salt, Mark Wood.
