Bangkok, Thailand – Ambassador of Pakistan to Thailand, Rukhsana Afzaal, continues to play a leading role in deepening people-to-people and cultural linkages between Pakistan and Thailand. On Monday, she held two significant meetings aimed at boosting cooperation in media and cultural exchanges.

A delegation from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) of Thailand called on the Ambassador, where the two sides held fruitful discussions on expanding media cooperation and enhancing cultural exchanges. Ambassador Afzaal underlined the importance of using media platforms to build mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of Pakistan and Thailand.

In a separate meeting the same day, Ms. Nongluck Ajanapanya, senior journalist at The Nation, also met Ambassador Afzaal. The discussions focused on promoting positive narratives, highlighting shared values, and strengthening journalistic collaboration between the two countries.

Ambassador Afzaal has consistently been praised for her diplomatic excellence, community engagement, and visionary leadership, particularly in fostering Pakistan–Thailand relations across diverse sectors including business, culture, sports, and media.
