Capital University Launches National Business Model Competition for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Participants will receive invaluable constructive feedback from a distinguished panel comprising seasoned experts from academia, corporate leaders, and successful entrepreneurs.

ISLAMABAD, May 12, 2025 – The Department of Management Sciences at Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST) has announced the launch of its prestigious Capital Business Model Competition (CBMC) 2025, inviting aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators from across Pakistan to showcase their business acumen and innovative ideas.
National Platform for Innovation with No Entry Fee
The CBMC25 stands as a premier national platform designed to foster entrepreneurship and drive innovation among Pakistan's emerging business leaders. In an effort to maximize accessibility and participation, the organizers have eliminated all entry fees for this year's competition.
"We believe that financial constraints should never hinder innovation," said Dr. Faraz Ali, the competition coordinator. "By removing the entry fee, we aim to discover untapped talent from across the nation and provide them with the platform they deserve."
Expert Feedback and Professional Development
Participants will receive invaluable constructive feedback from a distinguished panel comprising seasoned experts from academia, corporate leaders, and successful entrepreneurs. This feedback mechanism represents a unique opportunity for aspiring business professionals to refine their concepts through professional guidance.
The competition will culminate with shortlisted teams presenting their business models at the university's Islamabad campus. Recognizing geographical constraints, the organizers have implemented a hybrid format allowing teams from outside Islamabad to participate remotely through online presentations.

-
Student Category: Requires at least one team member to be currently enrolled in a university or college program.
-
